So I joined this site almost a year ago and didn't use it much. I logged back on a few days ago and have been finding myself wanting to use it to make sure I'm not going over my calorie intake limit and to make sure I am getting enough protien. I have gained 5lbs over the winter which has brought me up to 140lbs. I have to say that I'm not happy with it. I don't feel comfortable in my clother, or in my skin. Since I have started back on here countain calories and getting back into a workout ...

I logged back on a few days ago and have been finding myself wanting to use it to make sure I'm not going over my calorie intake limit and to make sure I am getting enough protien. I have gained 5lbs over the winter which has brought me up to 140lbs. I have to say that I'm not happy with it. I don't feel comfortable in my clother, or in my skin. Since I have started back on here countain calories and getting back into a workout routine (it's been three months, winters is half to blame) I have lost 2lbs!!! I'm very excited about that and hope that with continued use of this site I can get down to my goal weight of 125 - 130lbs.

Thanks for the add, and the comment! I'd love a weightloss buddy! This is the biggest effort I've ever made to lose weight, and so far entering in everything I eat is the biggest help. What's your favorite thing to do for exercise? emoticon

I don't get how whole wheat pasta has more fiber BUT has the same amount of calories as regular pasta...

You may me a bit overwhelmed by the info that is here.
But give it some time, and you will be an expert in no time.
Everyone on this web site is here for the same reasons,
maybe a little different end goals but we all want to have
