Hey! I saw your post in the 20 somethings and I thought we could be friends and help motivate each other! Great job so far! I'm just starting so I haven't lost anything yet, but I'm on track day 1 so Yay! lol
Sounds great! How are you doing as far as staying on track? I've had some trouble this week. Nothing crazy just calories I didn't need. Healthy calories, but all calories count at the end of the day. So i lost 7lbs total last week and gained one so far this week.
Hi Sharon! I saw your post in the group "20 somethings with 25-49 pounds to lose" and I can totally relate! I recently got married and put on a bunch of weight with all the stress of the wedding, and now I am just "comfortable." It's hard to lose, but I'm done making excuses!
