My Goals:
1. Keep the scale going down, down, down!!
2. Maintain positive input and therefore positive output!!
3. Reach out to friends and family more often by phone and correspondence.
4. Put together to-do list daily to keep myself moving forward!

My Program:
1. Get in 7-8 hrs. sleep every night.
2. Good breakfast.
3. Get on wii in a.m., walking in afternoon, and ST in p.m. Use dvd's, stability ball, and wii for exercise breaks!
4. Eat at regular intervals and keep the water handy!!

Personal Information:
I live in WA state in a little town called Port Orchard with my !husband, Dale, a sweet Japanese chin named Blossum and a weird cat named Meeco. I spend most of my time on projects I have procrastinated on, housework, and volunteer work at a nearby retirement home. I have two grown daughters who have left home and state, a darling granddaughter and a beautiful new grandson!!!

Other Information:
Things I enjoy doing in my down time: suduko, crocheting, and reading (I love a good mystery!). My husband works for )the shipyard, and I am a stay at home wife (although I'm rarely home these days). SP and I have been fast friends for 4 yrs. now and I look forward to many more happy years together!!!

HI Sweetie !!! Ty for becoming a regular readah of my blog. The ML position is giving me a LOT of more time for myself. Yesterday I was looking thru my paints,,,, and what I have for paper. Someone on the team is making me something nice,,,, sooo shhhhh I am going to paint a picture of her Dawg ! I am NOT Telling her,, I am waiting for her package to arrive,,,, and than UNKNOWN to her,,, she will be getting one BACK 1 I am sooo EXCITED to do this for her !

WE CAN DO THIS Lori !! When I first started along this journey,,, i did NOT move a muscle towards exercising, but I did cut back on my cals,, down to 1250,, and it WORKED GREAT 1 In June I had my 3rd surgery on my foot/leg,, I've been in 5 different casts during the past yr ! I was NOT allowed to do ANYTHING, so again, I kicked the cals back to 1250,, and I STILL LOST ! WOOHOOO so saying that, cos I KNOW hon, even if you do not exercise,, ur a busy gal, you ca STILL achieve ur dreams !!

WOOHOOO LORI !! U GO FOR IT hon !! I have FULL CONFIDENCE in you !

HI Lori 11 I alway LOVE hearing from you hon ! tY for reading my blog,, and yes,,, giving UP soda is astonishing feat 11 SO CONGRATTERS hon !1

What type of hobbies do you do? I 've stepped down from CL , back to being the WOOHOOOO ML 11 U were on the team,, when I was the ML,,, I sure do LOVE IT !1 Now I have MORE TIME to do the things I LOVE. I on my page,, some the paintings I've done, and also a few (I think?) chalk dawgings I've done,, now I FINALLY have the time to return back to them,, and also to play my guitar more 1 WOOHOOO 111

Is there a way you can exercise more? Or is because of pain, you tend to not be able to? Of course I have NO idea of how much you do,, for some do an hrs,, and say it's not much,,,,, so for all I know,, ur doing an hr or more.
