My Goals:
I want to lose 15 pounds - I want to change my unhealthy eating habits!

My Program:
I am day 4 of cycle two of 17 day diet - I don't think I get enough calories with it so I have been working on that. I have completed the 28 day challenge and just started week two of the NEW YOU.

Personal Information:
I live in Macon MO with my husband and my youngest son. I have a daughter attending college in Springfield MO - a son living in CA who will graduate in June and a nine year old. I teach special needs children - I am a Special Olympics coach.

Other Information:
I love reality TV - I love Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy. I LOVE to read - I have challenged myself to read 24 books this year - I have already finished 4.

Hey you have you broken your plateau yet?j I haven't been here for awhile, and I have put on 5lbs!! Tick me off! So I'm back trying once again to stay on track. My curse is sugar,, (my mother's baked goods) and of course she's super thin! Anyway hope your doing better then me.
keep in touch...... emoticon I'm determined to look good for the cottage up in the Muskoka's I have 6 wks. Wish me luck!

Hi thanks for checking in! I've been missing my workouts lately :( My brother is shadowing me here at work for the last two weeks... and he needs me to drive him home immediately after work. I know I've gained I can feel it ... But this is his last day YEAH!!!! So I'm back here now, changing my page and needing some inspiration lol.... Good for you for running!!! I worked and worked for weeks, when nothing happened,,, but then i dropped 2 .... so hang in there.... it will happen... remember you loose quickly when there's more to loose... when you just need to loose a little,,, it unfortunately takes longer

I agree with EJINSPIRED ....... Hide your scale! It can be so daunting when it doesn't move! Keep up the great workouts and healthy eating! Your still gonna feel better for it all!
