My Goals:
I'm looking to get down to a svelte 130 lbs. Mainly, I'm looking to forge a healthy relationship with my food. Like many women, I've struggled with eating disorders for most of my life. While I'm looking to lose weight, I'm also trying to basically restructure the heirarchy of my self-worth. Heavy, I know :)
My Program:
I am doing straight cardio 3-4 days a week via running or the dreaded elliptical :) 2-3 days a week i'm doing weight training through Tae Bo, weight lifting or Pilates. I'll probably be changing up the ratios throughout this journey.
Personal Information:
got a husband and a 3 year old DD. life is pretty good
