I turned 35 this year and am focusing on being present and happy. Reaching and maintaining a healthy weight is key for that!

I also signed up to run a half-marathon in June 2009. It will be my second and since I'm recovering from a knee injury I want to train well so I'm strong and have a great time.

My Goals:
* Exercise 5 days a week
* Become a stronger runner
* Finish my June half-marathon in less time than my last half-marathon
* Show my friends and family how important they are to me.

My Program:
Starting out again, so here's the plan:
* Run 3 days a week
* Yoga at least once a week
* Strength Training 2x a week
* Eat more veggies
* Drink more water
* Get off at an earlier bus stop and walk

We have 10 more months left in this year, so I know we can get to our goal.
This is MARCH 1st, so let's make this a FRESH START and do this month up right.
