More coming soon!

New year, New goals. I know what it takes to be successful on my journey. Now I just need to do it.

1. I have to plan my weekly meals in advance
2. Workout 3x per week
3. Stay in SPs ranges

This time I'm focused on fat grams first and then calories. I'd like to lower my body fat percentage and drop some inches. 12 more lbs or so would be nice as well. New year, New goals.... Let's go!!!!
