I was frustrated that my "fat clothes" were getting too tight plus I was missing out on so many things because my weight held me back and lowered my self esteem/confidence and I thought I am better than this.

That was in May and I started to walk everyday. At first it was hard as I was so out of shape I would be out of breath by the time I got to the corner......4 houses from mine, plus my back would hurt like hell. Each day it got a bit easier and then one day I was curious as to how far I had walked and googled looking for a map/route tracker and found SP.

To be more active.

My Program:
I am trying to eat within my calorie limits everyday. I still need to learn how to meet my nutrition levels with better choices.

I try to do some form of exercise everyday, when the weather co-operates I walk at least 3 km.

    Thanks for adding me as a friend and letting me know about the challenge on the 100+ board. I will think about adding into the challenge, but it seems kind of strange to add myself 3 weeks before the challenge ends. We will see. I'll think about it. Thanks for the info and the encouragement.

    At the moment I am trying to test the waters to figure out what I like most. I work with 30 DS mainly. I really like Taebo but turns out i have two left feet :) And I am into HIIT type workouts..
