Just A Little

I don't have a large amount of weight to lose, but sometimes that can be just as difficult as losing a lot. My husband tells everyone I have lost 400 lbs. (maybe more) and I have over the years. He is doing SparkPeople with me now too.

My Goals:
I want to stay healthy and active so that I can continue to enjoy my retirement. Achieving and maintaining my weight loss is a very important part of that goal.

My Program:
I'm eating healthy, tracking my daily food intake, and exercising (both strength and cardio).

Personal Information:
Enjoying living in Ohio again after sooooooooooo many years of living elsewhere.

Other Information:
We have a large dog (Black Lab) and a large cat. Both are rescues. We no longer have our sweet little Madison (my profile image) and I miss her dearly.

Thank you so much for the comment on my vlog!!!! :) I've been hooping since Fall 2010 so I've had a little time to learn some things, but I have to be honest, I really just had basics until I started doing a class w/ some people at my work 3x a week - practice and play DOES make a difference! HAHA. That class started like Mid 2011...

Thank you for your words of encouragement.

I've been a life time member of Weight Watchers since 1972 so I know what to do, it's just a matter of doing it. Spark People is much easier for me to follow and I like the fact that I don't have to attend meetings and feel like a failure if I gain (which hopefully won't happen very often).

Time to go exercise.
