Thanks for your comment about my comment!! And congrats to you for losing a big chunk already!! I always look at people's tickers..nosy, nosy me... I have some free advice for you ... if you haven't yet gotten a scale to weigh your food, or a heart rate monitor to use when you exercise, consider it. Once I lost a good size chunk, my body burned a little less both at rest and exercise... when weight loss slowed down, I got a heart rate monitor and was able to see over the next few months that as I got fitter, the same exercise burned less calories...so i was able to step it up a notch to keep burning fat. And once i became willing to weigh my food, I realized that eyeballing my food and guessing had not served me well. Weighing and measuring put me in control. thank you so much for the comment on my blog! did you ever get obsessive with your tracking? i get in the habit of tracking everything, to the point i start to not eat anything! idk if i'm "saving" calories for later? LOL i'm def thinking its a good way to start again though :) I'm really glad i'm not the only one who is in my shoes, or at least has been... its so easy to forget that :)
oh! what are you going to school for? I just started school and its such a change! i'm doing medical coding... i've always been awful at number and word problems LOL 780 days ago
