My Goals:
My goals are to lose the 13 pounds before swimsuit weather. I need to lose the pounds to stay healthy and beat the chances of pre diabetic issues I have dealt with.

My Program:
I'm going to go slow and not pressure myself. I found that in doing so I fail miserabley. So for now one thing at a time.

Don't ever get discouraged. You are doing the right things. You are exercising and that will increase your health. You may not see an immediate change in the scale. Keep smiling and working hard, and you will fulfill your desires.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I asked my husband to put Just Dance on his Gamefly list so that we could try it out. I really didn't think I would make through the workout that day.

emoticon for the comment on my OUCH blog. It's a dull pain right now, I can function, but I'm tired. I can't work out and that is irritating!! Going to the chiro for a follow up tonight.

Figures... I got back into the swing of running 3-4 times a week, and this happens!
