Okay 10 lbs for 2010
Here's the deal you can use the "Weigh in" feature to start your progress to lose 10 pounds by putting in your current weight and a goal weight. You can show pounds lost you don't have to show how many pounds you weigh. You'll notice on "my weight loss progress" it shows 19 pounds lost so my goal is to get to 29 pounds lost by Jan. 1.
