My Goals:
- eat healthier
- lose 10 - 15 lbs
- become more active
- look good and feel good

My Program:
I am going to start eating more regularly to help out my metabolism. Do at least one active thing a day.

I am also teaching myself to run so that I can work up to running a 5-10km run.
