For the past few years, I have been focusing on my businesses. It has been an upward battle to allow time to workout. After gaining back 15 pounds, I am back on SP to keep track. Keeping track on SP makes me accountable.

If you are visiting or re-visiting my profile, thank for stopping by. This website was instrumental in helping shed the pounds. I would begin each morning planning my meals and inputting my intake on the food tracker. Tracking my food made me accountable for my daily intake. It took five years of work, but finally I did it!!! I feel like I finally crossed the threshold to fitness and understand the components and discipline to keep me at my goal weight. This journey was a struggle. It began at 225 pounds in 2005. It took 18 months to slowly transform. Now, I am in maintenance mode. I am focusing on building muscle and sculpting my body. Losing weight has changed my outlook on life. I have different career goals; a different philosophy on life; a different perspective regarding food; and a different strategy in choosing my friends. In order to stay healthy I must follow a healthy nutritional path and allow Christ to provide my daily strength to resist the temptation of empty carbohydrates, sugar foods, salty snacks and acidic beverages. Sometimes the temptation is powerful, but through Christ anything is obtainable.

I am always willing to share information. In light of that, send emails and I am happy to respond.
Many are inquiring about my results and how they were achieved. Although I LOVE SP, I am under new leadership and as a result my body is changing. My diet is stricter and workouts are more intense , but the results are PRICELESS!!!

Although I waited until my late 30's to focus on good health, this has been an exciting, life-changing venture that has given me great rewards.
