My Goals:
I have put on a lot of weight over the past 8 years, and would like to take it off. Most people that know me around here now don't know that I was once very fit!

My Program:
I'm diligently tracking my calories, and getting out to walk more. I live in an area that encourages a lot of walking just to get around, so I am leaving the home at least a half hour early every day to add in calorie burning time. I figure the less I am sitting, at least I'm doing something!
