Hello, it's me again...

So, we've all heard this story before. Girl wants/needs to lose weight. Girl decides to do something about it, sets plan in motion, works out hard and eats well, then something happens, a little *hiccup* if you will, and everything she worked hard for to lose... is regained (the weight that is!)

My weight gain/loss story is not new. I've been slightly heavy my whole life (around 140 lbs) then over the course of a year and half, I woke up to find myself weighing 163 lbs! Took ...
So, we've all heard this story before. Girl wants/needs to lose weight. Girl decides to do something about it, sets plan in motion, works out hard and eats well, then something happens, a little *hiccup* if you will, and everything she worked hard for to lose... is regained (the weight that is!)

My weight gain/loss story is not new. I've been slightly heavy my whole life (around 140 lbs) then over the course of a year and half, I woke up to find myself weighing 163 lbs! Took control of my life and got back down to 145 lbs, joined SparkPeople and came reallllly close to 130 lbs (130.4 lbs to be exact). Then... *shrugs* I'm not sure what happened exactly, but I'm sure I can come up with a couple of excuses. ( I've kept a copy of my past progress in my January 15, 2011 blog "The Past: Archived")

Anyways, it's time to start over (AGAIN).

In January 2011, I was back at 138 again and managed to get down to 131 before going on vacation at the end of March.

I went away on vacation and did not come back to Sparks until five months later, weighing in at... 146bs!!! Heavier than I had been when I started on Sparks more than two years ago!! Why is it so hard to lose weight, but so easy to gain?!?!

At 5'5, I've always wanted to be a fit and strong 125-130 lbs... Now, I'd be happy just to even get back into the 130s.

So here I am. Third time's the charm, right?

hello my dear Diana! :) I'm here and there... and everywhere! I've gain back 10 pounds since 2009!!! EEEKKKK!!! We can do this together!!!!!! staring......... NOW! I have a wedding in T.O. to go to in 6 weeks!!! and I'm still 133 pounds!!! grrrrrr........

Well I must say I haven't exactly been working out the hardest :( I've been really into my crafting/scrapbooking lately kekeeke

Welcome back! i didn't realize you haven't logged in since March! OMG! This year is going by wayyyy too fast! I fell out of running sorta, kinda getting back into it. I hit my goal weight and kinda kicked back a bit too much. Now I set a new goal weight and need to kick some booty so i can look super hot for my cousin's wedding.

Enjoy your VACATION!!!! :) I'll be here to support and encourage and motivate you back to the gym! hehe I'll sure need it myself... I've only been back fully a week..and man.... it's already a slippery slope!
