Let's celebrate life

Hello Everyone, *big smile*

May 7, 2014, my doctor says that I need not lose any more weight. I am taking her advice by sticking to my program so as to better manage my peri-menopause issues.

With God's grace, I am coping with my condition much better now.

Good Luck to everyone!

Mark 11:24
Therefore I say to you, what-
ever things you ask when you pray,
believe that you receive them, and
you will have them.

Daisy, thanks for the comment in my blog. For the first week of my Less Talk challenge, it was really, really HARD not to giggle and laugh at even small things and I was in a course last week where the lecturer kept making jokes! And he even kept saying things that made me barely able to stop myselft from making comments, haha.

But I think I get more control of not sneaking into other people's conversation (I was told long time ago that it was rude!), I made my points straight forward instead of snaking all over the places before reaching my points :D

And I agree with you, I need more water, I don't think my daily 2 Litres is enough!
