My Goals:
My goals are ongoing. My primary goal is to add muscle and gain strength. Go to the gym. Work with PT Ron to achieve my goals.

My long term goal is to get to about 140lbs..in a healthy way. I am not in a hurry.

My plans to reach these goals are to simply follow my nutrition tracker and stay within. Eat healthy food, stay away from take out or processed foods. Cook healthy REAL food at home most of the time. Be selective and suspicious of restaurant foods. I do NOT eat processed foods. Period.

Go to gym a few times a week for strength training and aqua aerobics.

Continue to do daily stretching routine .

Swim in home outdoor pool when the weather permits. Summer only.

Do treadmill daily on off gym days.
Take Paco on short walks outside, he has bad knees.

My Program:
Review my goals frequently and modify as necessary

Drink my water everyday

GOAL: CONTINUE TO HAVE THE COURAGE TO GO TO THE GYM, AND DO JUST WHAT I CAN!

Where do I start? Thank you for all the sweet comments on my pictures. It has been a long, hard journey but I am making it. It's my story and I hope to one day be able to tell it to others and be an encouragement to them.

Also, thanks so much for the sunshine! I need it. We have gotten nothing but rain the last month or so....I'm ready for sunshine. Thanks for the friend add, too! I have added you in return.

Half a pound is a half a pound still going in the right direction, even if it's not quite as much as you hoped. And I get how frustrating those slow downs can be. Congratulations for sticking to your ratio so well! That cheese sounds amazing! Cheese is my number one favorite food. So glad that it's still okay on my diet! I had lots and lots of goodies tonight, but all keto friendly. It was my turn to host my book club, and I made them an all LCHF spread. They seemed amazed at all the wonderful things that we can still eat on this diet.

...things I always avoided, like opportunities to get more exercise in. Woo Hoo!
I haven't tried bullet proof coffee, but need to do it - maybe tomorrow morning. Also the peanut butter fat bombs you mentioned - that is SO my cup of tea! I don't think you shared that recipe yet? Please do!
