    Hey! It's finally the end of the semester; things are starting to pick up with my job ending and finals coming up soon.

    So in review of my summer: I didn't eat well, I could hardly motivate myself to eat well/do Spark, and I hardly worked out. Well this kinda' stinks.

    Unfortunately I need big changes to help with my weight loss, so I'm going to use my leaving on Saturday and staying at my boyfriend's house for a few days to be that. They always eat healthy, awesome food there... and small portions, at set hours of the day... so I think I'm going to start getting into that "weight loss mindset."

    Once I get back to school I'll just have to keep up with it! I don't know why it's so hard this summer though, I did it for a whole year last year (kept up with weight maintaining, that is... no matter how much I dropped).

    So what did your trainer come up with for your workouts?

    I am so incredibly sorry for the lateness of this post! I keep on logging on once in a while, start to reply, then have to run off the computer for some reason.

    I suppose you figured out the group issue? I can see it on your page, at least!

    Mmph, you and I both about the eating thing... seriously. Let me know what you figure out! My issue is that I have classes from the morning until 2 PM, with no break for lunch. I eat a small breakfast at 9:30 AM, but I'm starving by the time 2 comes around! When I eat then, I'm not hungry AT ALL for dinner. Sometimes I eat, sometimes I don't. If I do, I'll end up stuffing myself; if I don't, I end up eating a ton of junk at some odd late-night hour. Have any suggestions? Packing food is out of the question because of the environment I'm in.

    How's your spin/yoga/extreme cardio routine going? Did you start? I hope you've figured it out!
