Stop dieting, start living!

So I was always a pretty active person, but I gained about 20lbs in sophomore year in college. I have been struggling to lose this weight since. I keep on losing and gaining the first 10 lbs. I've realized I'm most successful when I'm on sparkpeople tracking my food and when I have an establish workout routine and set foods that I choose from. I just graduated, and I really want to finally get rid of this weight. I hope to successfully loose the first, and last 10 lbs!

I want to stop feeling bloated, eating out of stress, and feeling out of control. I still have a lot going on in my life and a lot of stress from different areas (like finding a job) but I need to make my mental and physical health a priority, because it is then that everything else falls into place.

This summer, I plan to FINALLY lose this weight. I want to pick anything in my closet to wear and have it fit and look good. I don't want to have to wear certain shirts because one day I'm feeling good but then i overeat and am bloated the next day! I don't want to not like pictures because I look heavy in them. I want to live healthy, happy, fit and confident!

You will get under 120 soon, but don't forget to enjoy being just IN the 120s, or even 130s! That's tiny girl!

I'm going bra shopping tomorrow, I will let you know how it goes. I'm starting a paleo/insanity combo challenge the day after the wedding...so in my free time I am looking up all paleo/clean recipes. I'm actually excited lol. I mean, I imagine the first week I will be craving ice cream or a slice of pizza, but don't you love the feeling of NOT being bloated? Low carb/clean eating definitely gives that to me.

Just saw that you posted a message on the Fitbit team. I absolutely love my fitbit and it seems so many other Sparkpeople do. The great thing is the way it easily syncs with Sparkpeople to show your fitness minutes and steps. The thing i like best is competing with other people to see who can get in the most steps or be most active. The Fitbit website will give you great information about your fitness levels if you use it daily.

The Fitbit food tracker is not as good as Sparkpeople's so myself and others have been tracking food on Spark and having it sync with Fitbit. If you want more information about the fitbit, read through the team page, ask in th forum or if you want, send a message.

Hi! I'm good, just got back from and awesome weekend in chicago for my brother's bridal shower and bachlerette party! So fun, but definitely over indulged emoticon Two weeks until his wedding, crunch time! Then I have my spring break so a little stress until then, but then I will have a nice week of relaxing!

Hows the job?
