I'm going bra shopping tomorrow, I will let you know how it goes. I'm starting a paleo/insanity combo challenge the day after the wedding...so in my free time I am looking up all paleo/clean recipes. I'm actually excited lol. I mean, I imagine the first week I will be craving ice cream or a slice of pizza, but don't you love the feeling of NOT being bloated? Low carb/clean eating definitely gives that to me.
Just saw that you posted a message on the Fitbit team. I absolutely love my fitbit and it seems so many other Sparkpeople do. The great thing is the way it easily syncs with Sparkpeople to show your fitness minutes and steps. The thing i like best is competing with other people to see who can get in the most steps or be most active. The Fitbit website will give you great information about your fitness levels if you use it daily.
The Fitbit food tracker is not as good as Sparkpeople's so myself and others have been tracking food on Spark and having it sync with Fitbit. If you want more information about the fitbit, read through the team page, ask in th forum or if you want, send a message. 1290 days ago
Hi! I'm good, just got back from and awesome weekend in chicago for my brother's bridal shower and bachlerette party! So fun, but definitely over indulged Two weeks until his wedding, crunch time!
