Baby steps are working for me! Since May 2010, I have lost over 55 pounds and feel great. This time I am determined not to slip back into bad habits as I did the last time. My habits have become healthier and more realistic.

2011 New Years Goals

Lift weights once a week
Do Pilate workout twice a week.
Continue in my quest to read the Bible from start to finish.
Lose the last 10 lbs.

Thanks for visiting my page! We have a lot in common. We are both forty-something, and we share the new you bootcamp and being Lutheran, and clearly spark has been a good thing for both of us!

It's great to see that you are half way to your goal. It isn't easy, but it does feel great when you see progress. My size 10's are a bit tight, but I hope they'll be more comfortable in a couple of weeks if I stick to the program.

I'm definitely continuing boot camp, but I haven't decided whether to continue the "New You Bootcamp" or switch to the "Swimsuit Bootcamp". I found the day 1 cardio workout more challenging in the Swimsuit camp, but it was also more stressful on my knees.

I hope you have a great February!
