Happy, Healthy, & Hearty!

I would like to lose at least 20 lbs. I wouldn't say I am extremely overweight, I just need to make healthier lifestyle choices (meaning less fast-foods, soda, etc.) and exercise more. I want to live a long, healthy life and I need to start taking care of myself before any damage is done.
