GOTTA GET MOTIVATED!!! ;)
My entire family has struggled with weight. My father was overweight and I lost him to congestive heart failure when I was only 12. I do not want my children to feel that pain. My mother, sisters, and brother are all overweight. I managed to keep my weight pretty healthy until I turned 30 last year and it seems like since then I have just been packing on the pounds. Its time to put a stop to this. I would love comments/advice you may have.
