My Goals:
My goal is to hit 160 pounds before Christmas of this year... that's about 40 pounds - definitely possible if I stick to it and persevere!

My Program:
I am using the nutrition tracker to make sure I stay on target with my eating. For exercise I go to Curves and also use the Wii Fit and other exercise videos at home on days I can't get to the gym.

Personal Information:
I'm hoping a visual tracking of real numbers will help keep me motivated this time!

Look at you!!! 4 pounds gone.. that's amazing... great job. I'll let you know when the next group will be. (There's really no good time for me so I just had to pick something.) Maybe the day/time will change depending on people who are interested and their schedules. The only other option is Wed nights.

Cathy - Thank you. You can do it... I know we can, we've already been there and can get there again. We need to re focus. Don't give up!!
If you ever want to get together and chat about SP and vent, let me know. Maybe we can walk together too... I know I need to get back into the workouts but haven't had time. (sheesh.. I should make some)
Stay stong... you can do it!

No I didn't do that collage thing yet. Got put on the back burner with everything else going on. Maybe I should try to do that when I have time. Along with the workouts.. haha. Thanks for the reminder. : )
