Hey there! I am Blake. Heres a few facts about me:
-I am 22
-I am 5'9
-My goal weight is 185
-My birthday is January 16th, 1992
-I am a licensed practical nurse in the state of Michigan!
-I am the oldest of five kids
-I am an ex-swimmer (I want to get back in the pool but I don't have anyone to swim with)
-I am single. Never had a BF actually
-I think being strong is sexy
-I want to run a 5K
-I smoke :(
-I lovelovelovelovelove music
-My sister, Brooke, is my best friend.
-I am always broke. (One day I will be rich)
-I have blue eyes
-I think I have brown hair
-I love being tan. I don't go tanning but if there is sun outside, I just may find some excuse to go lay in the driveway.
-I live for summers. Beaches, heat, TANS, pool
-I have no self control. (Working on it!)
-I am the biggest slacker you will ever meet. But somehow I still manage to do well. Sometimes I wonder what would happen if I actually applied myself. I probably would be a straight A student.
-I am not satisfied with myself at this point in time. I don't like how I look. I want to be slimmer and stronger.
-My favorite color is Blue.
-I love to read
-Serving portions are my downfall, as well as fast food.
-Three things I NEED to survive my day: Sleep, Caffine and Nicotine
-I love to sleep.
-I think I am funny. And I'll be the first to laugh at my own jokes. Ask anyone:) I'm not afraid to laugh at myself either...
-I'm rarely ever serious
-I kind of like the smell of skunk
-The first thing I notice about people are their teeth and skin
-I have live in three different states
-My favorite cheese is Havarti
-I think Tristan from Tristan and Isolde is so gorgeous.
-All my grandparents are still living
-I am blunt
-I don't trust very many people
-I would rather vacuum the floor than sweep it
-My biggest regret to date is blowing my money
-Learning to surf would be AWESOME
-I have two cavities
-I want to go to Austrailia for my honeymoon in the far future
-My favorite movie in the harry potter series was the last movie part two
-I grew up on Easterling
-I use the same password on EVERYTHING
-I think fart and burps are funny
-I think that if you judge me negatively by this list, you have lost your mind
-I get offended easy (thats the truth! It can't be helped)
-My hand hurts
-Summer is my favorite season
-I could live in yoga pants forever
-I won a 250 dollar Puma gift card
-I went to regionals in 11th grade for the 500y freestyle
-I love hugs
-I know I am a GREAT nurse
-I put 27000 miles on my car in 9 months, mostly from traveling and don't regret a single mile. I met sooo many awesome people this year
Well thats just a little about me:) Hopefully you enjoyed it!
Starting out small so that I don't burn out:
1. Run 5 minutes without stopping.
2. Run 1 mile without stopping.
3. Run a 5K without stopping.
4. Lose 10 pounds.
5. Lose 10% of my starting weight.
After reading many sparkpeople articles, I have developed a new approach to losing weight. This is not a "diet" that I am on, it is a lifestyle change. I am forming new habits and learning about what kinds of foods satisfy my hunger and keep me full longer. Here are my goals during my lifestyle change:
1. Learn not to punish myself for going over my calories.
2. Eat at least 1200 calories a day and 120g of carbs in order to maintain a healthy energy.
3. Do not give up anything that I am not willing to give up for a lifetime.
4. Keep on sparkin because the support system on this website is amazing.
My dream is that i can come back here and say I LOST WEIGHT WITH SPARKPEOPLE!!
I can do this. WE CAN DO THIS!!

We'll I am a year younger than you, I am a little bit taller (1/2 inch), My goal weight is around 180, I want to become an LPN, being strong is sexy, i love listening to music, i want to eventually be able to run a 5K, im single (three weeks ago got dumped but dated him for two and a half years), I have brown hair, love summer, i suck at food portions,my two favorite colors are blue and pink, i could sleep all day if i didnt have to work, You like the smell of skunks and i LOVE the smell of gasoline! The first thing i notice about someone is their eyes, skin, and teeth. I have major trust issues, and am blunt. I also use the same password for everything, and I think burps and farts are hilarious! I wear yoga pants all the time! they are my favorite! I think i am a great CNA, I am addicted to facebook, i love hugs and i would rather vacuum then sweep anyday! thats all the things we have in common! :)

Yes, I live in Michigan. I am in the Downriver community that is about 20 minutes South of Detroit. I am a little familiar with South Lyon....nice area. Sorry to hear of the store closing and the moving. Are you liking Baltimore?
