Unhealthy Is Yucky!!

I am overweight and I am on the road to recovery.

Hey everyone, I am working on losing about 50lbs right now. Not sure what my body will look like at that weight, I have been heavier than that for so long, but I have an idea.

I have been a member of Spark, but everytime I find a way to back out of it. So now, I really want to do better, look better, and feel better.

NEW WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
Tuesday/Thursday
5am cardio
work and all ...

evening class

Monday(until 10/11/10)/Wednesday/Friday
5am cardio
work and all that
After work gym (class and additional cardio)

Saturday/Sunday
5am cardio or class and homework

EATING
300 calorie meals and snacks
-no dairy
-no red meat or poultry
fiber supplement and multi vitamin
lots of water.

FOCUS- drop fat then build muscle
