After years of dieting, I am dropping the quick fix approach and rebuilding my body from the outside in. I'm focusing on health, on feeling vibrant and happy and ending using food as a destructive tool.

First goal: 174, into the overweight BMI. Reward: facial, mani
Second goal: 168. Reward: Mani pedi
Third goal: 160. Reward: Massage, tailoring. Throwing out fat clothes!
