Its a new Dawn, Its a New Day, and I'm Feeling Good!

Hi Sparkers! My name is Angela, and this is my time-- it go time--no more excuses no more nothing-- I'm determined to get healthy and fit-- I need to lose at least 30 pounds.. i have always been overweight... not anymore! Today is the day I take control of my future.. (say adios fat!)--tommorow is a brand new day and I brand new me-- I am committed to taking little steps at a time (more water, regular sleep)-- this time its about becoming/ tranforming myself into the person i am supposed to be

this time-- i'm so determined to lose this weight.. i'm sick of being fat

1) I INTEND TO TO MAKE MOVEMENT A NATURAL PART OF MY EVERYDAY LIFE; I INTEND TO WORK HARD (NO WIMPY EXERCISE ANYMORE) AT THE GYM BY DOING STUFF THAT I LOVE & BURNS CALORIES

2) I INTEND TO EAT HEALTHY BYBB COOKING FOR MYSELF (SPARKPEOPLE RECIPES)- SO THAT I CAN STILL ENJOY DELICIOUS FOODS

3) I INTEND TO TRACK MY FOOD/EXERCISE WHILE STILL ATTENDING REGULAR SPARKPEOPLE LIVE! MEETINGS.. I INTEND TO HOLD MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY HEALTH

4) I INTEND TO WEIGH IN EVERY MONTH--TO SET GOALS WEEKLY, AND TO BLOG ABOUT MY PROGRESS-- TO REACH OUT FOR HELP WHEN I NEED IT

My Program:
I'm hitting the gym hard-- 3x's a week-- bootcamp (i.e interval training), with 4x's a week cadrio (spin & swim)-

i am sorry you feel that way about spark live but by the time they pay the host web site, spark leaders, and costs involved in making the program i am sure they don't make much off of it. hope you give it a try
