My Goals:
I just want to be more active and healthy!! I am too young to look and feel the way I do!
My Program:
I want to work out 7 days a week trying new things like Zumba, Pilates and Yoga! For food I am sticking to the healthy stuff no more eating out and no more soda! I'm trying the spark meal plan we will see how that goes! I'm trying to be organic the movie Food Inc. changed my eating habits!
Personal Information:
I am from Mesa, AZ. I have lived here all 22 yrs of my life. I LOVE to travel all over the place! But my two favorites are Disneyland and Las Vegas. I hope to someday move from AZ even though I love AZ to death I want to live close to a beach! Curently attending school for dental assisting at Pima.
