Fit & Healthy for a First!

Hi! I'm 33 yo and unfortunately live with my parents. Since moving back home 5 years ago due to chronic migraines, I have gone from 110 pounds to ~172 pounds. While back at school here I discovered I have lupus and fibromyalgia. I just recently underwent Medical Botox for my constant migraines and the change has been amazing! My boyfriend and I have had our ups and down but basically we have been together for 17 years. I just want to get to a healthy weight in a healthy weigh. I spent most of my life starving myself so eating normally is hard for me.

I have become more motivated than ever! A few quick facts about me: I love roller coasters, hard rock, yoga, music, books, walking, horror movies, law and order SVU, CI, and the old episodes with Lenny. And I am now addicted to the Walking Dead!

emoticon sorry to have fallen off the radar this month, but it's been a busy one with my grandson's graduation from high school, my daughter and her son visiting, two pageants to attend, etc. Anyway, I am doing great and am working my way back into regular sparking. Start off your Summer Season by:
Wearing sandals, shorts, a sunhat, a sundress, sunglasses, sunscreen (so important for your skin) emoticon emoticon
Go sailing, sightseeing,swimming emoticon
Walk in the sand by the seashore emoticon emoticon emoticon
Make sandcastles, pick some sunflowers, snap some pictures emoticon emoticon emoticon
Enjoy the sun, and yes, even the showers emoticon emoticon emoticon
