New Me-Inside and Out!

Hello everyone! I have always been a very confident person, despite my weight. I embraced every bulge, love handle, and fat roll on my body. But now, I'm TIRED of being fat. I hate feeling the sweat between my rolls when I'm hot, I'm tired of my legs rubbing together, tired of my wing flapping under my arm everytime I wave to someone. Hello everyone! I have always been a very confident person, despite my weight. I embraced every bulge, love handle, and fat roll on my body. But now, I'm TIRED of being fat. My Goals:
My Goal for week of 8/14/12: Get back in good eating habits, creat a menu, and hit that INSANITY!!

MY GOAL FOR THIS MONTH: :August 31st 2012 - 15 Lbs DOWN

My ULTIMATE GOAL: to reach 150 LBS

My Program:
In addition to eating healthier foods, my plan is to work out everyday for at LEAST 30 minutes. I know the page sets up a 3 day/week work out plan, but I will work out everyday to one-get in the notion and routine of making exercise a daily part of my life, and two-in case something comes up and I can't work out, I will still have had a couple of extra days of exercise under my belt.

Thank you for stopping by my page and leaving your comment...after reading what you wrote to me and your introduction as well...it really moved me..I can tell you this, it has been a journey for me to lose as much weight as I have..I stayed determined, focused, motivated and consistent. When I first started, I did not chose a certain amount of lbs to lose or what size I want to be...eventually I shot for a size 12 once I reached size 16...then I was like shoot I want to be healthy and look good, so size 6 is my goal..If I can do it, you or anyone else can as well...trust me, I have been obese and morbidly obese since jr high school and that was ages ago..so I will be checking on your progess..Good luck!!
