Hello there! I noticed that you are pretty new to Spark and the BBQ team. You are losing that weight. Praise the Lord for your success. This is a great place to be and you will find members who are so supportive and motivating. Stay involved with our teams and the challenges. The challenges help me to stay focused on the smaller goals. I am still doing the videos in the New You Boot Camp team. It keeps strength training in my workout and I love strength training. I know you will continue to be successful. Be patient and keep looking towards your goal. All things are possible. God is with you!
