It's great that you are starting new too. It always helps me to think that if I don't do very well one day, that the next day will be a new day, and another day to do well.

Are you a part of a forum that is active? All of the ones that I used to comment in often are all pretty dead. I'm looking for an active one that can help keep me motivated.

Hi, I saw your comment on one of the message boards and I was wondering if you haven't hit a Plateau? If you're exercising, eating right and still not loosing, you may be in a plateau. If so, search on spark (the search box is at the top, just in case) for plateau and there are some great articles with tips on what to do!
