I've never been too motivated to loose weight before. I still don't know if I am. I'm a mommy of 4, a student, and super busy. I want to feel good, I want to be healthy, and I want to have energy.

My Goals:
I'd like to loose some weight. I'll shoot for 20 lbs first. But more than that, I want control over my diet and activity.

My Program:
I'm starting slow. I'm drinking waterand tracking what I eat to stay accountable.

Welcome to SP. Do what you can do. If you say you are going to log your food and drink a certain amount of water, do it. You will feel great knowing that you accomplished one thing you decided to do that day. Increase your goals slowly and stick to them. Never give up. Good luck.
