I Believe...I Can...I Will!
I am a busy mom who was sick and tired of being overweight! My twins were three when I finally realized that I was never going to stop using the excuse, "I had twins" unless I made the decision to. Well, I finally made the decision!!!! What really opened my eyes and snapped me into focus was when my in-laws were visiting for Christmas and I brought a HUGE plate of holiday treats to the table while we were playing cards and promised, "This is my last sweet treat before I go on a diet." ...
I am a busy mom who was sick and tired of being overweight! My twins were three when I finally realized that I was never going to stop using the excuse, "I had twins" unless I made the decision to. Well, I finally made the decision!!!! What really opened my eyes and snapped me into focus was when my in-laws were visiting for Christmas and I brought a HUGE plate of holiday treats to the table while we were playing cards and promised, "This is my last sweet treat before I go on a diet." Seeing the looks on their faces on how much I grabbed was enough to snap me out of my denial and I signed up for boot camp 1 week later! I started boot camp, lots 27 lbs and got back to normal weight and then started working again. The juggle and stress was really hard on me and I neglected myself and my diet became a carb load every day! I started training for a half marathon (which I completed February 2012) and hoped that would help some of the weight come back on but it didn't! Just kept gaining! So I am meeting with a traininer at least 3 days a week and have my eating under control.....hoping to lose these 30 lbs soon!!! I am committed!!! Thanks to my PINK team letting me come back, I feel motivated more than ever!!! Anyways, I believe that unless you are ready to make a change, you won't make a change so you know what....MAKE A CHANGE!

My Program:
Boot camp, cycling, Alternate Day Diet, being conscious of what I eat. Adjusting my water intake was crucial. I am making a point to get out and do something physical daily...roller blading, gym, cycling, running, walking, weights, etc.
