Thanks so much for sharing your story and your words of encouragement! I do feel that there is something internally I need to explore to not be able to just stop and be proud and celebrate the weight loss I've achieved. So I will really take stock of myself before deciding how to proceed.

I look forward to keeping in touch! We are a sisterhood of Michelle/Micheles after all. ;)
