"Fall down 7 times, stand up 8" ~ Asian Proverb

December 2013: I think Einstein was the one that said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. So the things I am doing DIFFERENT this time around:

- When I fail, I don't throw the baby out with the bathwater and give up. I'm never more than one meal away from getting back on program.
- I am being kind to myself - being my own worst critic is not helpful.
- I am being conscientious and consistent ...

Thank you for visiting my spark page with your kinds words. I loved your quote too. It makes you think about why we should take care of our body.

I would like to share an inspirational quote today from Oprah Winfrey:

I know for sure that what we dwell on is who we become.

So be sure to dwell on the goals you want to achieve.

Stopping by to wish you a Happy Monday and an emoticon week. My quote today is from Jack LaLanne:

"I do it as a therapy. I do it as something to keep me alive. We all need a little discipline. Exercise is my discipline."

Here's to making it happen this week! emoticon emoticon

I thought I'd share with you this funny exercise quote I happened upon today.

I have to exercise in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing.
