Becoming the person outside that I am in....

I have started this journey several times before. I have tried to convince myself I enjoy being fat because I love my food. Truth is ~ I don't really enjoy being overweight. I try to avoid mirrors, blame work, kids, etc. for reasons why I am unble to lose weight.

I am ready to try to find a new way to live my life. I am ready to work on my body, mind and emotions to overcome and control my weight.

I am back and want to get back on track after spending most of last year ...

My Goals:
As of June 9th, 2011:

Lose 10% of my body weight:

Continue to participate in yoga and Zumba several times a week (2x for each):

Continue to manage my physical health issues through accupuncture, massage and herbs:

Continue working through my emotional health issues through journaling, daily prayer, meditation and weekly church attendance:

Continue working towards financial health through following a budget, not overspending and meeting with financial planner:

These goals will be assessed on July 31st, 2011.

My Program:
My program consists of staying in my calorie range and watching my sodium levels each day. I drink a lot of water and do a little positive self talk every day.

Personal Information:
I am a single mom who lives in Nebraska ~ have two kids who keep me very busy. I work in the community with families and children ~ keeps me extremely busy!
