Hi my names Michelle and I'm here after a year hiatus. Joined crossfit a month ago where I gained 15 pounds (it was all muscle) and my trainers said I was going to gain 10-15 and lose it in a few months. I've started losing and I'm excited to see muscle definition! I've also quit processed foods and sugars and will start eating them sparingly in 20 days.

I hope to reflect a positive view onto others and everyone I come in contact with. Everyone needs to know they are special.

emoticon emoticon Michelle to Surviving Cancer. I see where your mom has Cancer. I'm sure she can use our prayers as well as you. I am a 35 year Cancer survivor as of April. When they catch it early you have better chances of surviving and not coming back. It also leads to less invasive treatment. I hope you find the answers you need on this site and good luck with your weight loss. God will pull you through this. Hope

Hey, we are the same weight. Are we the same heght too? At 5'1", my "ideal" weight is somewhere around the 115 range. I know that 115 is not a realistic goal for me. I would not be happy maintaining at that weight, if I could even get there!

I need to get a body fat analysis done, tho. It would be interesting to see where I am. Belated welcome tot he WNTW team!
