Hi my names Michelle and I'm here after a year hiatus. Joined crossfit a month ago where I gained 15 pounds (it was all muscle) and my trainers said I was going to gain 10-15 and lose it in a few months. I've started losing and I'm excited to see muscle definition! I've also quit processed foods and sugars and will start eating them sparingly in 20 days.

Hello and welcome new Co-Leader! Congrats on your CrossFit/Paleo successes! I just finished a CrossFit bootcamp a month ago and now I'm just doing reg CrossFit. Still learning. Trying to eat Paleo, but lately I'm not doing as well. I started out great and I need to get back on it. I'm not losing as much as I was. Anyways, Glad to have you as a new co-leader!

Promise yourself to exercise FIVE MINUTES each day, as getting STARTED is the hardest part. Then you can quit if you want, but go on if you feel like doing more. emoticon
