Ok so I'm on sparkpeople obviously because I want a change...so what fears do I have to let go?!

So in order for me to be a sucess I have got to let go of this fear of failure. To overcome this fear I have got to take action Step 1:Take BOLD ACTION! I am going to do something about my weight RIGHT NOW! I'm going to eat healthy and exercise. Step 2: Be PERSISTANT! I'm not gonna give up if I only lose .5lbs one week compared to 3 another week.
