I have a trip in late October with my grandmother to go to Ireland. I really want to be able to comfortably fly those 6.5 hours in those 17" seats.
I also need to focus on mentally changing my eating habits, and learning that I don't have to be full all the time.
Just tried Herbalife.. Can't do it. Something about those shakes just does not feel right for me. So now, I'm going old-school. Healthy choices. A lot of health foods, fruits and veggies, and cutting out all unnecessary sugars and carbs.
Working out at home, and jogging with my dog helps a lot.
