Because of hard times. and not working, will have to be off line for a little bit, am hoping that I can continue losing the weight on my own.


Quit smoking Feb 19, 2009. Have high cholesterol, and excess weight that I need to lose.

Was exercising to much and not eating enough, and think I was sending my body into starvation m0de, so have decided to cut back my exercise. Still want to walk 1 mile a day, plus do cardio 5 times a week but for only 1 hour instead ...

When I return to work in hopefully a week, I will cut that down to 3-4 days of cardio, plus my 3 days of strength training.

You've probably noticed that I am indeed still doing the C25K. I'm determined to finish the darned thing before the end of the year. How are you doing lately? =)

Be sure to drop by the Snohomish County Sparkers page. We've got a team walk on the Centennial Trail coming up on Sat, Sept 19th followed by a team hike on Sat, Sept 26th out on the Mountain Loop Highway at Monte Cristo. Hope to see you there!
