Crazy Cat Lady in Training
I'm 33, I live in Phoenix, AZ, I have a tendency to either not know what to say (mostly) or ramble incoherently (it does happen!) I am a full time caregiver for my 99yo grandmother, and we live with my parents, my teenage daughter and 17 cats.

My Goals:
My 1st long term goal is 50 lbs from 400.
My Program:
I joined Curves, I have Walk It Out, a cute walking program for my Wii and joined a Facebook page for it, and I am hoping to start using the treadmill my mom bought (and never used). Getting my dad to turn it around (done!) and set up a tv to watch while walking (I'll probably just listen to music tho :D ) and using the built in Sparkpeople trackers (they're so handy!)

Other Information:
I'm a bit of a gamer, was recently playing SWTOR, but got kinda burnt out on it, Single player rpgs are much too lonely so not playing anything atm, I LOVE reading food blogs.. but they make me hungry... I usually enjoy making dinner everyday.. and finding new ways out of the dinner rut...
