Amazing changes are comin'
Wanted to change things up a bit...
My name is Lori and I am a 30 year old "mom" to 2 cats and a dog. I am a recent graduate of Lourdes College in Sylvania, OH. Starting out at 5ft tall and weighing 204lbs, and getting older, I was afraid of what would happen it I don't gain control of my weight. I found SP purely by accident - I was doing research for a class and a forum came up regarding what I was searching... and the rest is history!

My Goals:
I have really let things go over a very stressful summer. I am returning to sparkpeople because it helped me immensely the first time.
My Program:
I learned so much in the past in terms of healthy eating, but with my setbacks have fallen back into old habits. I want to make small changes to make this a lasting endeavor!
