Gotta Get it Back!

They say it takes 9 months to put on all that weight when you are pregnant, so it'll take 9 months to take it back off. . . but what if you've had twins, were on bedrest for 5 months, and had a thyroid condition after your kids were born? How long will it take then?

Well, I've decided it has already taken too long. Now's the time to get serious and get rid of this baby weight. I may have twin skin forever, but I don't need to carry around the fat as well. The skin is a badge of ...

Well, I've decided it has already taken too long. Now's the time to get serious and get rid of this baby weight. I may have twin skin forever, but I don't need to carry around the fat as well. The skin is a badge of honor, the gut is a sign that I gained almost 80lbs during this pregnancy.

Wow, your twins are adorable! You've done a fantastic job of losing weight also! :o) I am also 5' tall and my highest weight on the last day of my last pregnancy was 174 pounds...I'm 112 right now and wanting to get down to about 105 before I get pregnant again. :o)

Welcome back, I hope you can accomplish your goal!!! I have been running/walking everyday. Usually about 3 or more miles. I typically walk on an incline on my treadmill and then alternate running. Its too cold to be outside yet here, so I go to the gym a lot too.
Wish you well and glad to see you active again!

Just wanted to touch base and let you know that I ran a 5K yesterday! I was so excited, and I cant believe it, but I didnt stop. Earlier on my page you said I would probably run it in 32 minutes, well I ran it in 35:12!!! I was so happy! I think I would of been faster, but there were too many people, so we couldnt really go far. :)
