My time to lose

I've yo-yo dieted and lost and gained back the same pounds for years. I feel that now is my time to get serious, stop dieting and work on changing my whole lifestyle to incorporate a healthy way of eating and living that will keep the weight off for good! I look forward to joining everyone here in working towards our mutual goals.

My Goals:
Overall goal: Be mindful, be kind, be fit and happy

For January 2010:

*lose 2 lbs/week by eating healthy meals with emphasis on including lots of whole grains, veggies, fruits, plain yogurt in my diet and by eliminating sugar and white flour products

*stick with and complete the SP Bootcamp Challenge

My Program:
Includes eating homemade, healthy meals and exercising daily

Other Information:
For added motivation I plan to watch Biggest Loser and weigh in weekly the morning of the show to see how much I've lost each week along with the contestants

We went to Sedona AZ and the grand canyon in May. Totally awesome. A must see on the bucket list. So glad we went!!!!
