15 pounds to shed for starters

At my church I joined for the summer "Greatest Loser" where ladies will meet at least once a week work out together, share our progress, and encourage each other. Our goal as a group is to everyone losing at least 15 lbs. Lets do it!

Currently I want to achieve walking 3 times a week for an hr and 2 times a week for 30 minutes. I am also starting to do cardio hula is so fun and it burns lots of calories! I
