New Me

I am a mother of 3 boys. i put on 10 kgs of body weight with every kid. the maximum i weighed was 96 kgs a few years back. somehow i had managed to come down to 90 kgs in the past couple of years. but the weight was yo-yoing. i have developed a few medical conditions like high b.p, joint pains etc to name a few. i want to lose weight as well as get healthy and get off all the medications.

* Be a healthy ME.
* Adopt a healthy life style.
* Bring down my BP to normal levels.
* Eat good, healthy and nutritious food within my daily limits.
* Get off all the medications as soon as possible.
* Lose the extra piled on pounds.
* Do atleast 10 mins of fitness activity.

My Program:
* Tracking my daily food intake.
* Tracking my daily fitness activity.
* Trying to do a minimum of 10 mins of fitness activity which is mainly walking.


Personal Information:
I am from Hyderabad. My kids do keep me busy all day long.

Other Information:
I love to read, watch movies, listen to music, surf the net and try out new recipes. sometimes I do some craft work also. lately I have been trying my hand at crochet.

It seems like many of us face a continual battle to stay positive when little progress is apparent. We just have to keep in mind that we our efforts will result in a healthier life. We need to focus on how we are feeling and the energy we have to accomplish daily life tasks. I’m working hard to concentrate on my health rather than just on the number on the scale; to concentrate on non-scale victories to help me stay positive every day.
