Midlife Makeover

HI. I'm a mid-50's midwesterner who's been unsuccessfully fighting creeping weight gain. I love to cook (hate to clean) and love to read--including cookbooks. Being a lifelong klutz, I don't particularly like to exercise, but I've made it a 5 day a week habit including weight work. I'm a little under 5 feet tall--I don't have any spare inches to lose! I dropped about 15 lbs 2 years ago, so I know I CA N do it. I 'm hopeful that plugging into the community will help me stay on track.

My Goals:
Watch portion sizes--especially for treats. I can't stick with the plan if it's all or nothing.

Avoid the lure of the TV and couch. 45 minutes of aerobics doesn't make up for 3 hours of slothlike viewing.
